This immersive 12-day training offers a balanced blend of ancient yogic wisdom and modern practices. Drishti Yoga School’s 100 Hour Yoga TTC focuses on providing a strong foundation in yoga theory and practice. Nestled in the serene foothills of the Himalayas, Rishikesh offers the perfect setting for spiritual awakening and self-discovery.

Students receive personalized attention from experienced teachers in small group settings (10–15 students per batch).

Prerequisites

Open to all levels – no prior teaching experience required. Suitable for beginners with basic yoga knowledge or practice. Students should be in good physical and mental health to follow the schedule. Minimum age: 18 years (or 16 with parental consent). An open mind and willingness to learn are essential.

Graduation Requirements

To successfully complete the 100-Hour TTC and receive certification, students must: Attend at least 95% of classes and practical sessions. Complete all assignments and teaching practicums. Demonstrate understanding of asana alignment, philosophy, and teaching methods. Participate with discipline and uphold yogic ethics during training. Show personal growth, awareness, and commitment to learning. Upon successful completion, students receive the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Drishti Yoga School, recognized by Yoga Alliance USA.

Post-Training Support

After completing the course, students continue receiving guidance and opportunities through the school’s network: Alumni Support: Lifetime access to the Drishti Yoga community. Mentorship: Continued guidance from teachers for deepening practice and confidence. Credit Transfer: Option to join the remaining 100-hour module to complete RYT-200 certification.
