The curriculum is designed to help students build a strong foundation in yoga practice, teaching methodology, and philosophy. It covers both theoretical and practical aspects, ensuring personal growth and teaching readiness. To successfully complete the 100-Hour TTC and receive certification, students must: Attend at least 95% of classes and practical sessions. Complete all assignments and teaching practicums. Demonstrate understanding of asana alignment, philosophy, and teaching methods. Participate with discipline and uphold yogic ethics during training. Show personal growth, awareness, and commitment to learning. Upon successful completion, students receive the 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Drishti Yoga School, recognized by Yoga Alliance USA.
