About This Retreat

The 200-hour program offers an in-depth exploration of yoga — physically, mentally, and spiritually. It helps practitioners master yoga asanas, understand anatomy, and learn to teach with confidence and clarity. Upon completion, participants receive a Yoga Alliance USA certification, enabling them to teach globally.

This Yoga Alliance Certified 200-Hour TTC at Drishti Yoga School is a structured 24-day program rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and holistic wellness. The course covers multi-style yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa), Pranayama, Meditation, Anatomy, Alignment, and Teaching Methodology.

Under the guidance of expert instructors, students learn to design and sequence yoga classes, make posture adjustments, understand contraindications, and cultivate mindfulness.

Beyond asana practice, the training focuses on self-transformation — integrating body, mind, and breath.

Participants also engage in cultural and spiritual experiences like Ganga Aarti, temple visits, nature hikes, and sunrise treks, making the course a complete yogic immersion.

Drishti Yoga School stands out for its small class size, personalized mentorship, and community atmosphere. The serene Himalayan environment, clean accommodation, and sattvic vegetarian meals create the perfect backdrop for inner growth.
