About This Retreat

This retreat is designed for beginners or busy individuals seeking a refreshing short break to reconnect with body and mind. The program provides a basic introduction to yoga philosophy and practices, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, and meditation. Participants also experience Indian culture and spiritual values through excursions to places like Vashishtha Cave or Kunjapuri Temple. Accommodation, meals, yoga materials, and excursions are included in the fee. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate valid as Continuing Education (CE) hours with Yoga Alliance (USA).

Cancellation Policy

No Refund

  1. US$ 20 advance deposit required (non-refundable).
  2. Deposit can be retained for rescheduling if requested at least 7 days before start date.
  3. Strictly no refunds after booking.
  4. Participation requires agreement to School Policy & Code of Conduct.

  2. By Train: The nearest railway station is Haridwar Junction (25 km from Rishikesh). From Haridwar, you can hire a taxi or take a local bus.
  3. By Road: Rishikesh is well connected by buses and taxis from Delhi (approx. 5–6 hours drive, 230 km).
  4. Airport Transfers: Available on request at an additional charge.
