About This Retreat

This retreat offers an integrative approach to health and spirituality by combining Yoga and Ayurveda, India’s two ancient sister sciences. Participants engage in daily Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga sessions, guided pranayama, meditation, and Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara, and detox treatments.

Personalized Ayurvedic consultations help determine one’s body constitution (Dosha) and provide tailored recommendations for diet and lifestyle. Educational workshops and mindfulness sessions foster deeper understanding of Ayurvedic principles and their modern-day applications.

By the end of the retreat, participants leave with renewed vitality, emotional balance, and a clear path toward holistic well-being.

Cancellation Policy

No Refund

A non-refundable deposit of US$100 (₹8,900 INR) per person is required to confirm booking.

Deposits can be transferred to future retreats only if cancellation is made 7 days before the start date.

The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the school.
