About This Retreat

This comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course is designed according to Yoga Alliance International standards, offering an in-depth understanding of yoga practices and philosophy. Students receive intensive training in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, shatkarma, alignment, mudra, bandha, anatomy, physiology, and yogic lifestyle.


Classes are conducted by highly experienced trainers, and the course aims to transform practitioners by deepening their physical, mental, and spiritual understanding of yoga.


Students practice meditation, shatkarma cleansing, asanas, and pranayama twice a day, along with daily alignment, anatomy, and philosophy classes.


Upon completion, students are certified as Hatha Yoga instructors and eligible for RYT accreditation.
