A shared room typically accommodates 2–3 students in the same space, offering a comfortable, clean, and simple stay with attached bathroom, hot/cold shower, and essential furnishings. It’s a great option if you’re on a budget or want to connect with other yoga practitioners during your training.
A light and energizing sattvic breakfast designed to support morning yoga. It usually includes fresh fruits, herbal tea, porridge or South Indian options like upma, toast or local Indian breakfast items — all prepared to boost energy without heaviness
Dinner is a light, wholesome sattvic meal similar to lunch but served in the evening to relax digestion at the end of the day. Expect seasonal cooked vegetables, grains, legumes, soups, and salads — prepared to encourage ease of sleep and recovery.
