This 50 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course is a structured and holistic program conducted over 7 days and 6 nights in the serene surroundings of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The course is carefully designed to help students build a strong foundation in yoga by integrating body, mind, and breath practices.
The curriculum includes Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa asana practices, pranayama, shat kriya, yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, mantra chanting, mudras, bandhas, and Yoga Nidra. Emphasis is placed on experiential learning through daily practice, self-study, and guided sessions by experienced teachers.
Students attend six days of intensive training and one rest day, during which a cultural or nature-based excursion is organized. Accommodation, yoga materials, meals, study materials, and certification are included in the course fee. Upon completion, students receive a certificate of completion valid for Continuing Education (CE) hours under Yoga Alliance, though it does not qualify for yoga teacher registration.
