The 100 Hour Yoga TTC in Rishikesh is the first half of the 200-hour yoga teacher training certification, offering both beginners and advanced practitioners an opportunity to explore yoga’s physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. Conducted over 12 days and 11 nights, this intensive course covers multiple yoga styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Iyengar, along with modules in pranayama, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodology.
Students experience a transformative journey guided by highly qualified instructors in a sattvic and serene atmosphere. The course aims not only to strengthen the body and mind but also to cultivate self-discipline and a deeper understanding of yoga’s essence. Upon completion, students earn an internationally recognized 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, allowing them to teach or continue to the 200-hour certification.

A light and energizing meal served after morning yoga practice. Includes: Fresh fruits, herbal tea, porridge or oatmeal, sprouts, and seasonal juices. Focus: Restores energy after practice, keeps the body light and active for the day ahead.
A simple and easily digestible meal served early evening. Includes: Light soups, steamed vegetables, khichdi (rice-lentil mix), or herbal tea. Focus: Supports detoxification and promotes peaceful, deep sleep.
A wholesome and balanced meal served late morning. Includes: Rice or chapati, dal (lentils), sabzi (cooked vegetables), salad, and yogurt or buttermilk. Focus: Provides sustained energy and complete nourishment with proteins, fiber, and essential nutrients.
In addition to the main meals, light snacks and healthy refreshments are provided to keep students energized throughout the day. These are designed to support continuous focus during classes without feeling heavy.
