The 200-hour is the internationally recognised teaching credential; 300-hour builds on it, and 500-hour combines both into one longer immersion. Five questions to ask before you pay
- What exactly does the fee include? Room type, meals, materials, excursions, certification fees.
- Is the school Yoga Alliance registered? If you plan to teach internationally, this matters.
- Who actually teaches? Ask for the names and lineage of the lead teachers, not just the founder.
- How large is the batch? Twelve students and forty students are very different trainings at the same price.
- What is the refund policy in writing? Reputable schools have one.
